Rich Crawford
CEO
Rich, Founder of Alliant Technologies, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Purdue University. With a strong passion for innovation, he has built Alliant from the ground up, leading the company in adopting cutting-edge technology across projects. Rich is particularly excited about how emerging tech can address modern challenges, helping clients stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry.
In his free time, Rich enjoys traveling, sailing, reading, and spending time with his family.
Lee Seward
President
Lee has been with Alliant for over 11 years. He is deeply committed to streamlining project execution, with a focus on saving time and increasing efficiency in the field. His forward-thinking approach has made him a key contributor to Alliant’s ongoing success.
Outside of work, Lee has a passion for boats, riding motorcycles, and studying architecture and construction. He is also highly engaged with local customers and partners, and actively supports Alliant’s annual benevolence campaign, reinforcing his dedication to community service.
Ryan Crawford
Director of Business Development
Ryan has been a dedicated member of the Alliant team for 18 years. With a Business degree from Indiana University, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization. He is passionate about addressing industry challenges and trends, always striving to enhance project outcomes with innovative solutions.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and being with his family. He is also actively involved in his local church, volunteering, and giving back to the community.
John Gude
Director of Business Development
John has been with Alliant for 7 years, bringing with him a strong foundation in business management through his Master’s in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University. John serves as Vice Chair and Board Member of the International Association of Baggage System Companies (IABSC), where he plays an active role in shaping the future of the industry. His work includes recognizing outstanding achievements and innovations in baggage handling, a trend he’s passionate about advancing.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. He is also deeply involved in supporting his local church and organizations like Focus on the Family.
Quentin Spears
Director of Operations
Quentin has a degree from the University of Phoenix and 7 years of experience at Alliant. He is dedicated to driving continual improvement and implementing adaptable processes that keep the company ahead of market changes. He focuses on maintaining flexibility to meet customers’ evolving needs.
Outside of work, Quentin enjoys spending quality time with family, participating in church activities, and working outdoors on his yard. He is also passionate about encouraging young people to develop engineering and problem-solving skills, hoping to inspire the next generation of innovators.
